We really enjoyed staying at Letty's place. Good location, close to the busy places but far enough away too. Good places around that were walkable as well. Letty was also very quick to respond to questions. All in all, would love to stay here again.

Came for a business trip. Everything was so easy and convinient via the mobile app. Very clean space and in the middle of the city. also used thr gym which was nice with city skyline view.

Great location. Not far from music row. Safe and quiet neighborhood, with free parking right in front of the house. Kitchen is stocked with tea and hot chocolate. Most Airbnb places only have coffee. and a kettle to broil hot water, so no coffee smelled hot water. I like to point out that the bed in the master bedroom is not as comfortable as the other 2 beds on the main floor, so it might bother those light sleepers. Other than that, the place is perfect.

Lettie was a great host, responsive & proactive. We had all the details about local dinner options and ride discounts before the date so that we could plan a great family meeting spot. It was a great place for us to meet and head out to the many offerings that are Music City. I would recommend the location for groups looking to relax and stay together, with amazing views of the city.

We had a wonderful time in Nashville. Letty was a great host, and her home was absolutely stunning. The layout and décor were perfect, and the location so close to downtown made the trip even better. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown and broadway. Plus it's close to some really good restaurants and other bars and music on the east side. In a peaceful neighborhood away from the noise; partied then got some good sleep. Would stay again

Our stay in Nashville was wonderful. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. We went to Music Row, The Gulch, SoBro and Broadway and all of it was easy to get to. The building is very secure and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and our time in Nashville.

This was such a great place to stay for my family! Letty was very quick to respond when I messaged about a few things, which was extremely helpful. The house was beautiful and very easy to find. It’s close to a lot of really good restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

We had a great experience with this trip. The accommodations were just as described and as shown in pictures. The place was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. We appreciated the items supplied such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. If we ever find ourselves in need of a place to stay in Nashville again, I hope this place available!

The house was perfect for what we wanted. It was Comfy, easy to get to downtown and local attractions, and had everything we needed. We loved the patios so much!
