This was our second stay at this place. We chose it again because of the location, the size, and the parking! The place is clean, spacious, and has everything we need.

We had a great stay. Just one night but this had everything we need. I ended up having a couple questions and they were so responsive to my messages. It was very clean and the decor was simple but very cute. We had a rental car but it was such a quick drive/ Uber to anywhere we needed to go. Easy check in and loved the rooftop- we could see the city. We would stay here again!

Great house, beautiful fenced in yard, Lots of space for large parties, multiple living/family rooms to relax in. House is very well equipped with the essentials and host was very quick to respond and proactive in helping us on day 1 solve a minor issue. Highly recommend this property!

Our stay in this lovely spacious home was very comfortable. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Having 3 king beds and all the closet space in every bedroom was luxurious indeed. The views of downtown are gorgeous from the upstairs windows as well as the roof top deck. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed and the location was very convenient. Uber rides cheaper than parking. I hope the house is available on my next trip to Nashville.

The place was ok. Our experience wasn’t the best due to the home layout, it was confusing to get from where you parked your vehicle to the front of the house since there was no access to the backyard from inside the home. There is a major ceiling issue in the kitchen that needs to be addressed. There’s even dust piling on the stovetop because of it. It looks like it will collapse soon. We also found dirty linens. The house has potential but those issues need to be fixed. And better instructions need to be provided for the guests to easily access the home.

We really enjoyed staying at Letty's place. Good location, close to the busy places but far enough away too. Good places around that were walkable as well. Letty was also very quick to respond to questions. All in all, would love to stay here again.

Came for a business trip. Everything was so easy and convinient via the mobile app. Very clean space and in the middle of the city. also used thr gym which was nice with city skyline view.

Lettie was a great host, responsive & proactive. We had all the details about local dinner options and ride discounts before the date so that we could plan a great family meeting spot. It was a great place for us to meet and head out to the many offerings that are Music City. I would recommend the location for groups looking to relax and stay together, with amazing views of the city.

Great stay. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown and broadway. Plus it's close to some really good restaurants and other bars and music on the east side. In a peaceful neighborhood away from the noise; partied then got some good sleep. Would stay again
