Our stay in Nashville was nothing short of AMAZING. The space was this super cool, three-tier loft-style vibe that instantly set the tone for a fun and memorable girls’ trip. It felt modern, stylish, and spacious while still being warm and inviting. The location could not have been better — right outside all the entertainment and action. We were close enough to walk to everything, but far enough to still feel comfortable and relaxed when we came back in for the night. It truly gave us the best of both worlds. The place was absolutely spotless. You could tell the host takes real pride in maintaining the property. Every level of the loft was clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The amenities were top tier — from the beautiful bathtubs perfect for unwinding after a night out, to the rooftop space that completely elevated the experience. The rooftop was such a vibe — great views, fresh air, and the perfect place.

Our stay was great! The rooftop patio was so neat, the guys loved it! Place was very clean, beds were comfy, and check in & out was so easy! Plenty of room for bigger groups. Definitely plan on staying again in the summer time.

Great place for a one night stay in Nashville. Easy to locate, easy check in. Clean place. Enough towels and extra bedding. Wasn't really much to do in the immediate area but it's close driving distance to downtown without all the noise of downtown. Bed was comfy too.

Beautiful and upscale home that was easy to get checked into and a 5 to 15 minute Uber drive to anywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville. Quiet neighborhood while also being close enough to see and enjoy Nashville. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Letty James’ property. There was ample space for my family to share a nice dinner together and enjoy a fun game night, which made the stay feel especially warm and memorable. The house truly had everything we needed and more — it was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. One of my favorite parts was the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, paired with the amazing rooftop views of the Nashville skyline. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and scenic charm. We also appreciated how convenient the location was, with plenty of nearby spots to grab coffee, a bite to eat, or pick up groceries. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

The house was as described it was perfect for our guys trip, very close to downtown uber rates were cheap, views from the master and side porch were great of downtown Nashville. All of the surrounding stone outside was cool felt like you were in a nature preserve. In all it was an awesome trip go ahead and book it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The house exceeded all our expectations, it’s truly top-tier and designed to perfection. Everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, it looks great in the photos, but in real life it’s even more stunning. The atmosphere, the details, the overall vibe, everything feels premium and thoughtfully curated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a flawless stay. We would 100% come back again!

Really enjoyed the stay. Nice apartment. Very safe and quiet. Close to many attractions and highway access to the entire city. Never more than a 15min drive anywhere even with traffic. Will stay here again.

The place was as described. We were only a short uber ride from Broadway. As always Nashville did not disappoint. We would stay here in the future if we were in the area again. It would have been nice to enjoy some of what the property had to offer if we stayed longer. Thanks so much for a great stay.
