Spacious and stylish, easy parking and a great floor plan. We needed a last minute spot and this served our purpose better than we could have hoped. Super comfortable and we enjoyed the big front room with the kitchen, dining and living areas. I’d stay again.

Beautiful and upscale home that was easy to get checked into and a 5 to 15 minute Uber drive to anywhere we wanted to visit in Nashville. Quiet neighborhood while also being close enough to see and enjoy Nashville. Highly recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Letty James’ property. There was ample space for my family to share a nice dinner together and enjoy a fun game night, which made the stay feel especially warm and memorable. The house truly had everything we needed and more — it was well-equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.
One of my favorite parts was the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, paired with the amazing rooftop views of the Nashville skyline. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and scenic charm. We also appreciated how convenient the location was, with plenty of nearby spots to grab coffee, a bite to eat, or pick up groceries.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Nashville.

Really enjoyed the stay. Nice apartment. Very safe and quiet. Close to many attractions and highway access to the entire city. Never more than a 15min drive anywhere even with traffic. Will stay here again.

This location was perfect for business and visiting the city. It's located just a few blocks from all the excitement of Nashville. The building is new and clean with strong internet. The location was also surprisingly quiet. The owners clearly took efforts to ensure even a train right below the location will not be heard or interrupt your stay. Coming from someone who was there for work I needed my sleep and I had some of the best sleep I've ever had. This location offered the perfect stay with a price tag that didn't break the bank.

We really enjoyed staying at Letty's place. Good location, close to the busy places but far enough away too. Good places around that were walkable as well. Letty was also very quick to respond to questions. All in all, would love to stay here again.
