Letty’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip! It was my first time visiting Nashville, and she went above and beyond with great recommendations that really helped us explore the city. The house itself was beautiful, super clean, and had a very relaxed, welcoming vibe—exactly what we needed. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Honestly, nothing to complain about at all. Staying here made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The place was great! Clean, spacious, great outdoor patio and the location was very easy to get to pretty much everything Nashville had to offer by uber/lyft. I would recommend this place and would happily stay again.

The only issue I had was getting the Stratis app to work. Luckily they had a backup with the key fob in the lock box. This was a great place to stay since we traveled with a 4 year old so it was far enough away from the chaos on broadway but close enough for a quick uber. The Gulch was great for food and shopping. I would rent another Letty James’s property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We came for a one night stay in downtown before a conference in Nashville. We had the best time celebrating. We grilled steaks on the rooftop deck and found everything we need in the kitchen. Our beds were great and the showers were large. Uber pick up was easy and an affordable ride to Broadway! You won’t be disappointed if you choose to make this your home away from home!

Second time staying here, so I think that speaks for itself. But, we love the spaciousness of the place, as well as the location and view. Thanks once again Letty!

AMAZING B&b. Amazing price! So clean. My only concern was the safety of my vehicle as there was glass from a broken car window in the parking spot next to us. I know This is beyond the control of the owner so I dont think it reflects the space. We had a ton of camping gear in and on top of the car and ultimately had no issues but it did feel like a risk. Just to be aware this is a possibility for this area. Despite this, I still would stay again! Very comfortable. Feels brand new. The rooms all have different neon lights that set a unique mood.
